My son needed a computer for school, this blue-hippo was recommended(BS!) They took the money within 24 hours, but upon review of the paperwork, they were not the same, I canceled. Told it takes 45 days to get funds back, 60 days later, 10-14 days more, then no one that can answer more than 5 questions, all canned answers.
No supervisor's, no other numbers etc. Gained main office number, same operator, no one there, no one takes customer call, no giving out of numbers or names. So much for a public company.
No answers to e-mails. Over three hours on hold, so why are these thieves still in business?
