Well I went through bluehippo and they work with me, but when I got the computer it did not work. So I call them and they said I needed to to call Dell because they are the ones who made the computer.

They gave me the phone number to dell. Which was overseas and they tried to help me fix the computer but it did not work. So Dell told me to return it to bluehippo and have them oder me an new one. I went back to them and the lady on the phone was rude and act like she did not want to help me.

I ask to speak to an supervisor and she told me that supervise do not talk phone call that we will write up an complaint and that I need to call back in a week or two to get an status on my complaint. I was outrage

Monetary Loss: $1200.
