Back in 2006,2007 I was paying Blue Hippo every two weeks for a computer system. I paid up to $800.00 and could not afford it anymore because they would debit my account more than what was agreed. I called them and they were supposed to refund my money. They never did. I tried contacting them several times and they said they didnt have any of my information on my account. I want my money!

Dude, I worked for Joesph K Rensin (Founder of defunct BLUEHIPPO and CREDIT TRUST) for a very short period of time. I remember him referring to his customers as victims and laughed about it..

I left shorty there after.. good luck.. his day is coming..

been following the court case against him for year. This guy is all out of legal maneuvers

on 7/9/08 put in for the purchase of a computer with free flat screen TV once i finished paying off the computer. I paid Blue Hippo $1,478.70 which they withdrew directly from my account and i never got a single thing from them. i never got a computer or flat screen tv or my money back, the entire $1,478.70. on 12/12/12 i filed my complaint with the NYC attorney general with regards to the robbery blue hippo caused me. i never got to hear from the attorney general, from the blue hippo company or from anyone for that matter. please tell me where we, meaning all those that were ripped off by Blue Hippo, stand and what is the status with this matter. where do we go from here. THIS WAS IN 8/2008 AND IT IS NOW 5/2017 AND STILL NO FUNDS HAVE BEEN RETURNED.

Paid payments never received my computer they got $399.00 and I never received my computer. I talked to them over and over again they said if I would pay $89.00 I would get the computer sent to me. They would not refund my money the computer was supposed to be sent after first payment cleared they just gave me the run around. I want my money back they are crooks. This happened several years ago. I still should get my money back it not right to tell you you will get something and not do it that is poor business. I bought it under the last name of Angelia Smith my married name we are divorced now please help me get my refund.

I already had a complaint in years ago never heard anything this company took over 800 dollars from me and I never seen nothing no merchandise or anything I still have all my paperwork and bank statements. I just don't feel that is right I can see if I got a computer but they got free money from me I want to sue the founder or something and they filed bankruptcy so how can I go about suing them for my money or is it a way I can still get my stuff from them you just don't take from people.

i was contacted .told me they could help bild my credit i did not have no credit i was told you dont need any so blue hippo set up a payment plan for a new computer .to start it was 99.00 down and 29.00 a week after 10 payments i called them again they told me they were sending my new dell laptop in 7 days so i waited 2 weeks go by no comp so i call.again .its on its way .and i get a free.gift did not recive anything .need my money back 1200.please.help

I tried to go thru blue hippo to get a computer, it has been 4 yrs still no computer or nothing. However they did manage to take out more money from my bank acct about 3 yrs ago. So I called them, they told me that they needed the payment in full before the computer was sent out. They never told me about this. The man i spoke with spoke spanish. They told me they couldnt refund my money, told me to go to their store and choose something for equal value of the amount. I did, still nothing up to today. It is a scam and a fraud.

I can't even imagine how you could still be waiting for a computer for 4 years and be having money taken from you at the same time.That doesn't even sound right at all.For what you went trhough with those guys,you could have just put something on layaway somewhere or went to a rent to own place.Blue Hippo(what a name) is obviously one of those establishments that mainly targets poor people who want things that that obiously can't afford to be owning so they sell you a dream.That old saying of something being too good to be true holds more in this day and age than it ever did before.If I were you,I'd have done a stop payment with those guys and or change my bank account info a long time ago.Better to cut your loses now and walk away than to keep getting played off your gullibility.

My acc.no. 4017**** of the year 2007 for laptop computor.$1300.00 was paid from y cheking account. No coputor was delivered. This is a company that rip oof poor people. Ineed my money back. I have trid to write call them but no answer. I fail to understand why acompany like this is allowed to operate when there is too much complain. poor become more poor thro' these bad companies. The goverment should do something aout the Blue hippo to stop it from ripping off poor people. I'm very angry about this company. There are so many complains and the company is still working. JOE. My account name was Brady Vaughn and the check name was Linda Vaughn. In 2007 Blue Hippo took money from my account and I never received my computer or a refund. They told me that I could not receive a refund that I could get a credit. They owe me about $500.00. That's not fair for them to keep your money and you can't get anything in return. The transaction we had with them we were pleased but the second one we was not satisfied. What can we do to get our money back from them ASAP.

after i had paid for the tv, they wanted more money to have it shipped to my address. i strongly feel this was a complete scam!!! i would like my merchandise or my money!!!! this has been an on going situation since 2008!! even though i am sending in this complaint, i still feel this is in vain!!! why would a worldwide company as such be allowed foolishness!! i'm positive that i am not the only consumer that has been done like this! they need to be responsible for their own actions!!!! i wouldn't recommend my dog to do business with blue hippo!!!!!

In 2009, I call Blue Hippo in hopes that I could buy a computer from them, Opon talking to a customer service person, they me the information on their product and the information on what it would cost, I agree, I waited for Blue hippo to send me my computer, but they never did. So I call customer service to find out what was the problem. At that time I was told that I had to send more money, I told them that i was not going to do that and that I wanted a refund. Customer service then stated that I could order something from their catalog with the money they took off my debit card. So I tried ordering something from their catalog, after going on their catalog and order some thing from their, they still wanted me to send them money, I asked for a refund again, they told me they do not do refunds. That was in 2009, they still have not return my money to me, now they are out of business can not get in contact with them. So this is were I am at. What do I do next?

i buy a computer i never get thats how a can get my money back? i have a letters whit me and a profile id. my last letter for thats company ...i try to coll that people and they never answer ... i fell bad .i need help thats is not fear, some vary can help me? that happen in 2009. then they said he give a printers bbut never sennd me back because they want more money. i dont understand why? for real i want my money back is abaut 500.00 plus shiping and handling and nnever see anithing.

I ordered a computer from Blue Hippo and they ALWAYS took out my payments but NEVER EVER sent me a thing, I have written letters explaining why I am so angry.....and have never heard a word, that company needs to be shut down, Im not happy at all , and its about time that WE do something about it. They promise you the world, computer, printer, TV and you get NOTHING...Thats WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS. I work hard for my money and I didn't deserve that at all. this company appealed to people with limited income and intelligence. You are always better off just buying a new computer from Newegg, Amazon, Dell, Hp----wherever. Then you know what you get and it comes out much cheaper and with less hassle.

I purchased a PC from BlueHippo back in 2005. I received everything and I made all my payments on time. But never received the rebate of $900. I called for 2 years and a half every single month but they always said they were sending the message to management, they couldnt help me in the customer service department, etc etc etc. It is now 6 years later and I've never heard from them since. I believe I ended up paying $2048 total for my entire PC. Dumb me I guess. I ended up throwing the PC away because seeing it everyday reminded me of what they did and I would get angry at everything and everyone because I felt helpless. There was nothing i could do atleast to my knowledge. So thats that. My money given away to those ***!!!
