I did receive my color printer but it was defective and I had to send it back to the company that made it and they did send me another one that works.
When I signed up I payed 25.00$ extra for 100.00 worth of software so I'm still waiting on that as well as my 20inch flat screen TV and 300.00$ rebate.
Does anyone know how to make the hippo do what they claim they do??? I too call the custermer service and yes its the same thing everytime I call.They say they will put it through to upper mng.and thats all I ever hear.
