after several telephone calls have still not received
paperwork to insure my computer is coming although they have debited my account for the agreed amount. I am beginning to beleive I have been scammed and would like to get a refund from them yet when you call they assure all is fine and their refund policy is for
store credit only. What store? can anyone help or have experienced this same problem. I read where the
attorney general oa maryland is filing suit. is there a class action starting? if there is I would be very interested in any information concerning this. I"m sure i am not the only one experiencing this problem

Actually that was 2006 when this all started. I called again today and got the same old line. SO I'll give them the month they asked for , but my next calls will be to the BBB, the Attorney General, and the local TV station to air my complaints. Are you reading this BLUE HIPPO.

They will send a computer with a Celeron processor. The free stuff they offered, I"m still waiting for, and this all started in Nov. of 2007. I also paid for software up front. Haven't got that yet, either. I wouldn"t recommend them to anyone and I made a promise to myself that if I cant understand what they are saying, I'm not buying. Good luck and prepare for a wait.
